Determining the target RUSD price
Ring Protocol relys on 10 minute time-weighted average price (TWAP) from uniswap. Even though stable asset is relative stable, it is still possible for them to fluctuate. We treat USDC as equal to 1 usd and observe UniswapV3 USDC-USDT and USDC-DAI pair for geting their price.
